I know this reply does not address all your very specific questions, but after reviewing them I can say that, sorry, but, Connections is not going to be a good fit to meet your stated requirements.

It sounds like you may not have first installed the the free core Connections plugin. The cMap template is an addon for Connections.

Here’s the install directions and quick start guide for Connections:

After you have Connections installed and configured, then you can activate the cMap template for use. Here’s the link to those instructions:

Hope this helps, let me know.

Ok, according to the screenshot you have version 8.36.1 installed, not 8.3.6 (which never existed, but if it did would be from 2015).

I am still not sure what you mean by “4.8 and 4.8.1“. Those versions have never existed for Connections or CSV Import. Do you mean Connections version 8.42.1??? Or are you talking about the WordPress version you have installed???

You can download all old Connections versions from this page (scroll to the bottom):

You have not answered which version of CSV Import is installed. The current version is 2.1.1. If it is not current, please update.

Have you tried the solutions I provided in my previous reply? You have not answered this question.

Sorry, I hit send to quick!

The reason I ask because the one screenshot you supplied clearly showing that another plugin seems to be conflicting with CSV Import. The please wait text for example belongs in the progress bar, not, floating randomly in the page.

The 4.8 and 4.8.1 versions do not seem to make sense. Connections never had those versions and CSV Import is only at version 2.1.1.

Is that the WordPress version??? I asked about the Connections and CSV Import versions. Maybe it will be easier for you to screenshot the plugins admin page on both the old and new.

To delete all entries from Connections, there is only the bulk delete tool on the Connections Manage admin page. How many entries do you need to delete?

If you have access to phpMyAdmin or similar tool in your web host and you know how to safely use it. You could clear/truncate the Connections tables. This method is not recommended unless you really know what you are doing.

Having you tried the solutions I provided in my previous reply? Often these along correct import issues.

What version of Connections and CSV Import is on the “old” server? And what versions are on the new server?

What do you mean by “*clean bd”?

Could you explain what you mean by this “i test with old version work ? I am not sure what you mean. Are you saying it works with an old version? An old version of what?

Please review the CSV file requirements and tips. Following these generally resolve most issues experienced during imports. Here’s the link:

One other tip, if you have any blank columns or columns you are not importing, remove those from the CSV file. The smaller the file, the more efficient it is to process.

If you still have trouble, then try increasing the memory allocated to PHP and increase its execution time.

And lastly, make sure displaying PHP error messages are disabled. If a error occurs during import that can break the import steps. Here’s the link which explains how:

As a last resort, try deactivating all plugins except Connections and CSV Import to ensure a plugin conflict is not breaking the process.

Hope this helps, let me know.
