The only thing I see on this page is the output from the category widget shortcode.

You need to have the [connections] shortcode on this page.

The show all category will not show all… it is the Uncategorized category renamed to Show All. The result of clicking on this link will filter the results to those entries which were categorized as show all.

The issue is the same as the first. You need to add the [connections] shortcode to the page.

Delete all entries which start with whatever you want it to start with and then add a new one. As long as one exists a -2, -3 and so on will be added.
