That is the single entry detail/profile view.

This is the result list view, to get to the single entry detail/profile view where the vCard down link resides, click the entry name.

In short, the vCard download link only reside on the on profile page, not the list page.

Well, that’s odd. The response code I received back from the submission was one that I would only receive when an entry hits the moderation queue. Additionally, it should be impossible for any entries to hit the db from a user which is not logged in because Form uses core WordPress functions to check if the current user has the right permissions and capability before an approved entry can be added.

That said, in order to debug, I will need an admin login which can be posted here as a private reply so I can take a close look.

I just sent a test submission as Connections to the IT Support category, it seems it landed in the moderation queue like it should have. I’m guessing at this point because my submission does not display in the directory.

They are supposed to be added to the database automatically. Do you mean there are added as “approved” rather than ending up in the moderation queue?

The issue is being caused by the theme. There is an error in the theme’s custom.js which is causing a fatal javascript error. Which is causing most javascript after the error to not run. This includes the javascript for the bio/notes link in the template.

You can see this error by loading your site in Chrome, hitting the F12 key and then clicking the Console tab. The error will beUncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).hoverIntent is not a function

Unfortunately this is not something I can fix. There are two fixes you could do. The first, is to remove the code causing the error. The second, make sure the hoverintent javascript library is loaded on your site.

Best guess is because you have accidently added a <pre> and </pre> HTML tags in the custom CSS. I suspect if you remove those, the fix I gave will work.

Yes, that is Connections with the Slim Plus template being used. You can change the template on the Connections : Templates admin page, unless, which I doubt, the person who set this upda used the template shortcode option to override the template activated on the Connections : Templates admin page.

My first suggestion if they do not want the drop down effect to activate the Default template.

There is no known conflicts with BD. I assisted other with different issues that were using both with no issue. I am familiar with this site and as far as I can remember Connections is being displayed exactly where it should be using the Slim Plus template. All the individual city pages have the Connections directory embedded on them with the [connections] shortcode.

That said… I actually do not see any where on the site where a link is setup to use BD… though a random guess I found this page which does use BD and not Connections and I do not see Connections interferring with BD and I do not see any Google Maps at all in either plugin. So everything seems in order. If you can provide some direct links of where there is a issue/conflict, I’ll take another.
