That is standard syntax to support HiDPI images, like not an issue unless you are using an old browser.

Does it work fine in Chrome?

In theory, it should work just fine. You would change the “Fields delimited by:” option to a Tab in Step 1 when importing a CSV file.

Now, What I recommend, is loading the file in LibreOffice Calc as explained in the Tips using the options shown in the screenshot and then leaving the CSV Import options at their default. The iport will process fine with commas because they will properly be accounted for when LibreOffice Calc exports the file.

The issue is that Google is locking down the use of their Google Maps API. In order to use it, you now need a Google Account (Gmail) and enable the Maps JavaScript API and the Maps Geocoding API. After you have enabled those API in your Google Console you then need to set up a browser and server API key. These keys can be entered on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab.

Here’s a link to another support thread/reply that has a video walkthru for enabling the Google Places API. The process is the same, but you would instead enable to two APIs I mentioned.

I am working on my own detailed how to but it is not complete yet.

Which version of the CSV Import extension do you have installed? Is see the original purchase was in 03/02/2014 that put the version at 1.0.4. Support for updating was not introduced until version 1.1. If you’re still using the older 1.0.4 version, you’ll need to update to the latest.

Sorry, no, there is no way “connect” an address and phone number together. For another user we did created the effect by showing the work address and work phone number together and similarly with the home address and home phone. Not sure if that would work for your particular scenario or not.
