Perhaps, add enable_category_multi_select=true to the existing shortcode on your directory page.

Since you had purchased the Pro Pack, I could also send you the multiple category search addon as see on this site:

It is not officially released yet as I still consider it beta, but I do offer it as is functionality and styling to those who purchase the Pro Pack. The setup can be a little complex do to the shortcode configuration, I do provide instructions with the addon. And, if you are familiar with shortcodes it should not be too difficult.

Sorry, I have no way of knowing. I do not back test old versions of Connections against newer versions of WP. Only the latest version of Connections is supported. I maintain support for three major version backwards for WordPress. For example, the latest version of Connections is 8.37 and is compatible with WP 4.7.12 and newer (4.7.12, 4.8.x, 4.9.x and 5.0.x).

Hmmm… CSV Export was added in the 8.5 and had some tweaks thru 8.5.9 with other tweak in even newer versions. So, if you have 8.33.7 installed, the way to get data out would be thru a tool such as phpMyAdmin usually found in the web host control panel.

On the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab do:

• Enable the “Display the categories above the results list?” option.
• Enable the “Display only the children categories of the parent category when viewing a category page? Disabling this option will display all categories, to the set depth, regardless of the current category being viewed.“
• Set Depth to 1.

I think, if I understand correct, the result you want.

The reason is likely do do with the shortcode options you have set for the https://www.provideralliance.org/members/ page.

Without the category selected, I would expect to see results, instead there are none.

What is the exact shortcode you are using on that page?

Also, since you are using Enhanced Categories to create category permalinks, you should disable the category filter in the cMap template and instead display the category list above the directory. This settings would be found on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab.

You have activated the Contact addon. One of its primary features is to disable the display of email addresses so users must contact directory entries thru the contact form. If you wish to display email address, please deactivate the Contact addon.

Can you create a mockup of what layout you are looking for? It does not need to be anything fancy. It can be as simple as a few sketches with notes and scanned.
