Sure you can upgrade. Here’s how:

• Navigate to your purchase history
• Click the Licenses tab.
• Click the View Upgrades link for the Pro Pack
• From there you can choose your upgrade. The price will be full price of the item you wish to upgrade to minus the full price of the item you are upgrading to. Hope that makes sense!

Doing a test search for “средняя школа №101” yield results that contain средняя and школа in the organization name. This is as expected.

re: the required organization is not top of the list, and inside it.

I have looked at your 400+ entries. There does not seem to by any that are exactly “средняя школа №101”.

I found only this one: Средняя образовательная школа №101 г.Саратова

Of course this would not be at the top of the list because it is not an exact match.

Everything seems to be in order and there are no issues.

Ok, at this point I really do not have any idea what you are looking for. Can you please be very specific!

The settings are like I have suggested.

When searching for “Библиотека” I only get results which have “Библиотека” in their Organization name. This is exactly how it should work. There is nothing wrong.

I also did exact name searches for Organizations and those two worked exactly as it should.

I did a partial name search with “Детская библиотека” and again it only returned results with “Детская библиотека” in the organization name.

Everything seems to working quite well. I do not see anything wrong.

Please see this FAQ on how to use the str_***** shortcode options for Slim Plus. Using these you can translate the template specific strings into French. You can find all the str_***** shortcode options listed on this page. They are all grouped together toward the end of the list of options.

It sounds as if you have the Single Template option enabled. Please disable this option.

Also… when in the Template Customizer, the Result List view of the template and the detail/profile view of the Template are configured separately. The preview initially displays the Results List view. It is this configuration you are change. To configure the detail/profile view click an entry name in the preview, any name, it does not matter. The preview will reload the detail/profile view of the template. Now you can configure that view to your liking. (note, this is only for template which have Template Customizer support).

I’m not sure what you are asking. If you are asking about displaying the logo vs the photo. Sure. On either template you can choose which image to display. Which one do you want to display and where?
