    Hmmm… sorry, but something is preventing me from viewing the link. It just redirects to the sites home page. Could you paste the info into a text file and attach it instead?

    The very first line of the file is incorrect. It has fancy-quotes instead of straight-quotes:

    Current: define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);
    Should be: define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);

    I doubt that would cause the issue though…

    Can you create a remote system info viewing link and share it with me? Navigate to the Connections : Tools admin page and slick the System Info tab. Scroll to the bottom and click the generate button.

    In which folder are you creating the connections-images folder? It should be in ../wp-content/uploads/. This folder should be auto created by Connections when the plugin is activated? Did this not happen?

    To display the logo instead of the photo, follow these steps.

    • Navigate to the Connections : Templates admin page.
    • Click the Customize button for the Default template.
    • The page will reload displaying the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.
    • Click the back arrow in the upper right of the Customizer.
    • Click the Image panel.
    • Change the image type from Photo to Logo.
    • Click the Save and Publish button at the top of the Customer.
    • You can not exit the Customizer.

    Hope that helps!

    I do have an advanced search addon available to those who purchase either the pro pack or extension pro pack and request it. It’s not generally available due to it being a little complex to setup, so I do offer setup as a service. If you know shortcodes well, it is really not that difficult. I can provide it and instruction if you purchase one of these those bundles. You can see an enable of it running on this live 3rd party site:

    Hope that helps!

    RE: Is it possible to have 2 different Connections section in wordpress

    Yes, many other users do this. You do this by using the category shortcode option.

    Here’s a FAQ that explains in more detail. The FAQ is for cMap, but it does work for all premium templates.

    Hope this helps!

    It use to be fine, correct?

    Do you know what changes took place which caused this error to start? For example, have you moved the site or edited the wp-config.php file or installed/remove some other plugin?
