KeymasterGood to know. The CSV Import is currenlty being completely rebuilt so, maybe that’ll clear up what ever issue that may have been causing the problem.

Code for the CSS? Sorry not sure what you’re asking.

Can you please grant me a temp admin account so I can take a look? Details can be left here as a private reply.
What’s interesting is that the email is sent after the entry is inserted into the database. So, I’m not certain what the issue would be.

On the Connections : Settings admin page under the General tab, please make sure the require login is not checked. Also, please make sure neither of the shortcode options are checked and click save changes.
Let me know if that resolves the issue.

Take a look at this FAQ: Why does the template layout look wrong?
The section of the FAQ that applies is where it talks about the code and pre tags. It looks like both of them surround the Connections shortcode.
Please move the Connections directory off the site’s front page. Any page that isn’t the front will do. There is a known bug that when Connections is used on the front page that the search and category selection are redirected to the blog page rather than the front page. I did have a fix in one of the recent previous releases but it seemed to cause a larger number of users trouble to I had to revert it until I can test it more.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterNot sure what the issue might be, I’ll have to see. Can you please provide me with a temp admin account and a temp user account so I can take a closer look? The login details can be posted here as a private reply.

I just imported the sample CSV you supplied and the Facebook link imported just fine without alterations or changes. How exactly is it not working for you?
I should have asked, but didn’t think to… what is the exact version of Connections you’re running? I need to know because the change is so small that it’ll be difficult to instruct you without giving you the exact line number you need to make the change on.

Sorry, no. I can’t even think of an alternative solution.

Actually I don’t have a clue. Install WP System Health, and share screen captures of every one of its tabs on the widget that it installs on the Dashboard admin page.

Sorry, for some reason I wasn’t emailed any of your replies. I was able to log in and fix the issue. From what I could tell you were previously running a roughly 2 year old version of Connections prior to the recent upgrade. For what ever reason the db upgrade process didn’t trigger, so the queries were failing because it was looking for columns in the db that didn’t exist. Once I narrowed down exactly which columns didn’t exist, I was able to force the db upgrade. Now everything seems to be working fine.
