KeymasterYou were only upgrading from version 0.7.4, right? Well, there was literally only a single word changed, and it was a TRUE to a FALSE. So, I don’t think the issue is with Connections. I’m thinking that maybe the memory allocated to PHP had run out mid upgrade.
I recommend a setting of at least 128MB.
You likely did not have to restore your blog from a backup. You can just delete the “connection” folder from the ../wp-content/plugins folder. That’ll method will work for nearly every plugin.

There is a “Family” entry type that allows to create families. Explore that option to see if it suits your needs.

1.) Honestly, I do not know. I think others running multi-site are just using the upgrade now link in the admin. I actually never asked. Which Connections version are you currently running? The only thing I can think of is that you may or may not have to add a Connections setting to the wp-config.php file. That would depend on when you started using Connections.
2.) Short answer, yes. I’ve implemented specific changes to properly support multi-site. I think the only thing left to do is what required for network activation and the testing of.

Currently the prices are once and done. They are not annual and there not any current plans to change to an annual subscription model. Upgrade are also currently free. I guess I should add, this is subject to change without notice.
I hope this helps.

This is already, sort off, the default permalink structure.
This is a single entry:
/name/the_contact_nameThe name slug has to be used, but can be configured on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab.

No, that will not work. Can you attach a copy copy of your CSV as a private reply? I can give you a pre-alpha of the next CSV import which will handle the dates as you need it too. The purpose of the copy of the CSV is to make show all the fields you using are accounted for. Oh, also, attach a screen shot of the field mapping. I given others advanced copies of this pre-alpha so it has been battle tested.

KeymasterWell, it can, but there is nothing “out of box” that will do this for you, sorry.

1. Exploring payment gateway options for featured entries and such is on my to do list. At this time, I do not have any ETA on when and what features will be available for this.
2. Actually Connections is shortcode based and can be used with just about any theme. The templates for Connections are not themes. Well, you could consider them “mini theme” of sorts, but they only affect the out of Connections.
I hope that helps!
Steven Zahm
KeymasterSorry, but the only way to do that is to actually edit the template.php file that can be found here:
../wp-content/connections_templates/cmapIf you’re a little familiar with PHP, it be a fairly easy change. I hope that helps.
