Assuming this question is in regards to the cMap template and its content trays…
Navigate to the Connections : Templates admin page and click the Customize button for cMap.
The page will refresh displaying the Customizer on the left with a preview on the right. Click the back arrow in the upper right of the Customizer.
Click the Strings panel. When that panel is open you will see the option to change both the bio and notes neader strings for the template.

When creating an Organization the only fields available for the contact is the first and last name. Sorry, it is not possible to to include the title. Probably the only way to get both would be to enter the title as the first name and the full name in the last name. You could even use the Say What? plugin to change the label names so that would make sense.

Just realized I will be pushing an update today that would make a breaking change. Many years ago I started saving dates into their own table. The version you upgraded from did not save dates in this table. For backwards compatibility, I would load the “legacy” date data into the results. The version I’m pushing out today will remove that code. What this means to you is that any anniversaries or birthdays you may have samed in the entry could be lost.
I would recommend that you navigate to the Connections : Tools admin page and click the Export tab. Scroll to the bottom and use the Export All tool. The resulting file can be imported with the CSV Import extension, on importing the exported file the entries will be updated and the dates saved.

I am currently using Connections on my dev site with Gutenberg installed with a theme designed specifically for Gutenberg support. So far I have not noticed any issues. The
[connections]shortcode still functions as expected in the Classic Editor, the Gutenberg Paragraph Block and the Shortcode Block.I am looking forward to Gutenberg because I wish to deprecate the shortcode and focus on a block for Gutenberg.

Both the bio and notes fields supports the WordPress “Add Media” button. Using this you can add as many images as you wish to an entry. Alternatively, those same two fields also support WordPress shortcodes so you could use a gallery type plugin, use it to create galleries and then use their shortcode to embed a gallery into an entry.
