In menu Editor pro, you had to give the Subscriber role the permission to view the Your Directory Entry page added by Connections.
After I made the change, I was able to edit the details in the test user account without issue.
Hope that helps.

The bug was actually with the ROT13 Email Encryption extension for Connections. I fixed it so it should be working fine for you now.

I’m not familiar with that member plugin. Which version of Link to you have installed? The email address in the WP user profile does match exactly the email address within the Connections entry, correct? If you have the latest Link installed and the emails do match, could I get a temp admin and user account so I can take a look.

The cmap template looks like it would be the best fit. Hope that helps.

The issue is being caused by the theme’s CSS. If you open the theme’s
styles.cssfile and go to line 308 you find this:#inner {width: 680px; /* float: left; */ margin-left: 15px; position: relative; padding: 30px 0 0 0;}Change it to this:
#inner {width: 680px; float: left; margin-left: 15px; position: relative; padding: 30px 0 0 0;}That should resolve the issue.

By best guess is that there is a CSS style in the theme or another plugin that is hiding. I would need a link to the page having the issue to know for sure and so I can give you a solution.

Definitely sounds like a role/capability issue. Could you post a temp admin /user account here as a private reply and I’ll take a look.

Well, presently, you would have to import them as WP as users which is what I am assuming you are going to do. This will not automatically bring them into Connections as the directory is separate fro user accounts. This is by design. Now, you could use the CSV Import extension for Connections and import them into Connections too and then add the Link extension for Connections, that way when the user login to the site, their user account will be linked to an entry in Connection as long as there is a matching email address.
I hope that is clear and answers you questions.
