Glad you found the solution. I was searching for solutions to this error message before visiting the forum. There is not a hole much available. Other than a possible plugin conflict (somehow); which was the case in your situation. Or may a php configuration issue.

The CSV Import extension can be downloaded from your purchase history with an active license. The files for the extension in your archive can be found in this path: ../wp-content/plugins/connections-csv/

The category data is actually in the WordPress database. It is not stored in a file. If you still have the database from the old site, you’ll have to use phpMyAdmin or similar tool and export the Connections tables and reimport them into the new database.

Well, I see the issue … but I would need to know more about your site setup to understand why. Here’s the issue … you might know why it is occurring…

Your directory is on this page:
http://plronestop.com/plr-supplier-directory/

The page two of the directory is going to this page:
http://plronestop.com/review/sell-plr-plugins/pg/2

When it should be this page:
http://plronestop.com/plr-supplier-directory/pg/2

Notice how different those two links are. If you visit the last link, you’ll see that it does indeed go to the second page in the directory.

A couple questions…

Is the directory home page set to the page the directory is on?
What is the exact shortcode you are using on the directory page?

There is the Tile and Tile Plus templates. They both have a columnar format. The width is user definable so you could adjust the width so only two tiles fit within a row in your theme.

Actually those are custom developed templates that had created to suit their specific needs. If you’d like to have a custom template developed for you, I can recommend a dev that has experience withe Connections and creating templates for his client. Let me know.
