The 0.9 version of the CSV Import may need to be updated. The latest is 1.0.4. I could locate the any purchase history for the email address you used to leave the post, so I assume you made the purchase using a different email address. I suggest logging into your purchase history and downloading the updated version.

Templates for Connections are similar to themes for WordPress, they “simply” change the appearance that your data that is displayed, so there is nothing being ported. So the simple answer is, yes, your data will “port” over.
None are really the closest … maybe the cMap template, the gradient can be turned off. So can the logo. The bio details would actually be shown in the bio content tray … the user would have to click the link for the info to be shown in a slide down effect. The link names can easily be changed to be applicable.
Another possibility, since you are not showing any images, is the Slim Plus template. The image can be turned off and it defaults to 20 entries per page. A user would have to click the entry name to reveal the details. Not sure how important being presented without any user interaction is to you but it would provide a nice clean look that would fit nicely with your theme.
Hope that helps!

The file path and name was at the top of the page that I linked to. Sorry I should have mentioned that.

You need to purchase one of the template which support pagination such as cMap, Market, Excerpt Plus, Slim Plus or Tile Plus.
I hope that helps!

Are all entries set as “Public”?
What is the exact shortcode you are using?
Are you using any type of caching server side or by using a plugin? If you are, ensure you flush the cache.fyi, that page could suffer from very poor load times showing that many entries on a single page.

And by strangely, you mean the lavender’ish bars? That, someone added. Possibly to the theme’s custom CSS area. This is the CSS code that was added:
h4.cn-alphahead { background: #afaeba; line-height: 30px !important; }Steven Zahm

By default it shows the photo, to switch to the logo use this shortcode:
[connections image="logo"]That should do it.
