Right, a logo is not a photo, they are distinctly different. The admin shows the thumb of the photo, not the logo.

It doesn’t show on the live directory because you have the list limited to the following:
category='2,4,11,12'

If you select the East Bay category, you’ll see the Connections 4 entry.

Let me test with the image you attached.

Apologies, when I re-read the string that didn’t register. I just tested again two more time using the image attached and they submitted without issue.

How large [filesize] are the images you are uploading? Multi-megapixel images are likely to fail. Can you attach a image that fails?

Which snippet did you download? Please use this one instead.

After you import it, you will have to make the edit I mention in this forum reply because the quotes on one line will not be imported correctly.

This issue seems to be related to the version of PHP and PCRE on your site.
http://www.verot.net/php_class_upload_forum.htm?php_class_upload_forum_id=4992&php_class_upload_forum_thread_id=4992&lang=en-GB

Download the attached file and unzip it.
Login to your site with FTP and navigate to:

../wp-content/plugins/connections/includes/libraries/php_class_upload/

Upload the unzip file to this path overwriting the original.
That should resolve the issue.

You can try using an undocumented beta feature in cMap.
Add the following to the [connections] shortcode:
enable_category_multi_select='true'
You should have something like this:
[connections enable_category_multi_select='true']

When you select two categories, the entry results will be that an entry would have to be within both categories to show as a result.

The template looks correct now, so I’m guessing that did work fine.

I’m guessing you can add an entry without an image just fine, correct?

Perhaps its the images that are the issue. Can you attach an image that you’re adding which is causing the issue to so if I can duplicate it?

What is the image file size?

Seems to be working fine for me….

I logged in to your site.
I saw that you have JF3 Maintenance Redirect plugin installed and activated.
I added my IP address to the Unrestricted IPs.
I opened a private browsing window so I could access your site while not being logged in.
I navigated to the “Add A Listing” page and submitted an entry.
I switch back to the window where I was logged into your site and checked the moderation queue. The entry I submitted was there.

I saw JetPack was not activate, so I activated.

I when back to the “Add A Listing” page in the private browser window where I was not logged in and submitted a second entry.
I then switched back to the window in which I was logged in and checked the moderation queue and the entry was there.

So it seems what ever was broke if fixed now.
