    Yes, I did have to edit your user account. For some reason, you were not setup with the correct role and because of that, did not have the permissions to see your purchase history.

    Great to hear everything is in working order again!

    @ Zachary

    The state in the address is the region. The word “state” is the US centric term for “region” I hope that helps clear up the terminology being used. So, enabling the region link will do exactly what you want.

    I hope that helps!

    This will probably take a few passes to get right because theme seems to be using JavaScript to rewrite the HTML markup of plugins. Add the following to the theme’s custom CSS area. Let me know when you do and I’ll take another look to see what we need to do next.

    button#cn-search-submit {
    	background:  #FFFFFF url(../images/icons/search.png) no-repeat 8px center !important;
    	border-width: 1px 1px 1px 0 !important;
    	border-style: solid !important;
    	border-color: #DFDFDF !important;
    	border-radius: 0 3px 3px 0 !important;
    	-moz-border-radius: 0 3px 3px 0 !important;
    	-khtml-border-radius: 0 3px 3px 0 !important;
    	-webkit-border-radius: 0 3px 3px 0 !important;
    	box-shadow: inset 0 1px 1px rgba(0,0,0,0.1) !important;
    	-moz-box-shadow: inset 0 1px 1px rgba(0,0,0,0.1) !important;
    	-webkit-box-shadow: inset 0 1px 1px rgba(0,0,0,0.1) !important;
    	box-sizing: border-box !important;
    	-moz-box-sizing: border-box !important;
    	-webkit-box-sizing: border-box !important;
    	cursor: pointer !important;
    	font-size: 12px !important;
    	float: none !important;
    	height: 28px !important;
    	line-height: 20px !important;
    	margin: 1px 1px 1px 0 !important;
    	padding: 3px !important;
    	text-align: left !important;
    	vertical-align: bottom !important;
    	width: 30px !important;
    }

    Sorry, no, not at this time. Maybe later this year.

    @ Jody

    It appears the cMap template would suit your needs quite well. The layout is a little different but overall it is pretty close.

    You can remove the gradient background from cMap, see this doc page.

    re: Premium sponsors are highlighted and have a logo on both the directory listing and individual pages.
    If you do not add a logo to an entry, none will be shown. If a member is no longer a premium sponsor, you can either remove the logo or set the logo not to be displayed.

    re: There are 4 levels recognized on the member directory page by highlight: Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze (no distinction between levels here).
    If you choose to set these apart visually, you can do so with some CSS by creating a custom CSS file for the template.

    re: However, logos are also used in the sidebar (Platinum & Gold are always shown, Silver & Bronze rotate).
    There’s nothing available that can do this “out of the box”. Since these are just categorized entries you could custom code a widget.

    Hope that addresses your questions thoroughly!

    Great to hear!

    re: How come WordPress didn’t alert me to the fact that a newer version of the template was available?
    Because third party plugins not hosted on wordpress.org such as the extensions and templates for Connections require developers create their own “update server”. It just so happens that one of the major new features added to Tile Plus 4.0.2 is in-admin update support. If you enter your support license key on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab, you’ll be notified of updates and be able to install the updates right in the admin for as long as the support license key is active. You can get you support license key from your purchase history too.

    Hope that answers your question thoroughly.

    If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!

    @ Gordon

    The widget shows the upcoming date(year) of the anniversary, not the date of the anniversary. For example, if the next anniversary date (month/day) has not yet passed, the year would be the current year. If the date has passed, the year would be next year. I hope that makes sense!

    This wouldn’t be related to Slim Plus or Link. The spam you’re receiving, are they user registration spam? If they are, you’ll need a plugin that deals with that.

    Which version of Connections do you have installed? There was a bug in one of the previous version of Connections last month that caused this issue but that has been addressed in the latest released version, 0.8.13.

    Yes, you receive free updates for a period of a year from the date of purchase. You can download Excerpt Plus 2.0 from your purchase history.

    Excerpt Plus 2.0 supports the new in-admin updates, so if you enter your support license key on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab after you install Excerpt Plus, you’ll receive updates right in your admin for as long as the support license key is active.

    Hope that helps!
