It’s possible. You could try switching to TwentyTwelve to see if the issue persists. If temporily switching themes is not an option, you could send me a copy of your theme (post a link to it as a private reply). Then I can install it to see if it is the cause of the issue.

The text in in the
class.template-parts.phpfile found here:../wp-content/plugins/connections/includes/template/If you looking to change the text, I recommend using the method outlined in this QuickTip.
Hope that helps!
If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!

It sounds like a CSS conflict with the theme. Can you share link to your directory page so I can take a look?
Also, cMap 4.0 is available. I suggest updating. You can download the update from your purchase history. After you install the update, add your support license key to the Connections : Settings admin page under the licenses tab. After you do, you’ll be notified in the admin any time there is an update to cMap for as long as your support license key is active. This will also enable the ability to update cMap within the admin.

It sounds like the memory allocated to PHP is being exhausted. Try increasing the max limit. Here’s an excellent blog post that outlines several methods to increase the limit. I suggest starting at the top and working your way down. Which method that will work will depend on your webhost.
Hope that helps! Let me know, thanks!

Sounds like a JavaScript error being caused by the theme or another plugin. Can you share a link to you directory so I can take a closer look?

The CSS for Connections would be found in this folder:
../wp-content/plugins/connections/assets/css/However, I do not recommend making any edit to those files as you will lose any changes during an update. See this QuickTip on how to add a custom CSS file that Connections will load and be update safe.
The str_***** are shortcode options, there’s no files to edit. See this FAQ on how to use them. The entire list available to cMap can be found on this page.
Hope that helps!

The Widget Pack has not yet been updated to include the in admin updating feature. It is being added to the next major update. This does not affect you ability to get updates per say… You have to manually download the update from your purchase history and install it rather than being an in admin update.
I hope that helps!

Sorry, but for all the category names to be searchable, they have to show in the drop down. The closest option is the http://connections-pro.com/documentation/cmap/#Can_I_use_cMap_on_two_different_pages_showing_different_categories_in_the_drop_down for shortcode option for cMap. Maybe that feature will meet you needs?
