ParticipantNever mind that Steven. I see that I’d left the licenses tied to the IP address. But we had to use a live domain because a particular feature would not work on the IP while developing. Anyway, I see that there is a deactivate link in the “Manage Sites” area in my account.

ParticipantWe will be moving files and db. Oddly, when I look at settings where the codes are input, it says “license not active on this site.” Does deactivating simply mean removing the license codes?

ParticipantThanks Steven. That seemed to do the trick. We should not have been trying to load a large image, but apparently that was the case.

ParticipantThanks Steven. We’ll look back at the email stuff today. I understand the vCard is somewhat of a moving target. We may have to drive that home with our client or figure a way for them to upload their own Outlook generated vCards as was done in their past website. I’m not sure we can get those to link from the decent spots in the Directory view or Profiles. It can be tough for attorneys to make compromises/changes of this sort.

ParticipantThanks Steve. We’ll check it out.
On the City scenario, the key detail there is that we need to still have the attorneys within those pages be in the proper hierarchy. We’ll think it through and see if we can make it work.

ParticipantThanks Steve. I was afraid it would require editing the widget.
Question: When we update Connections in the future, will we need to re-edit that widget each time?
We’ve made so many tweaks here and there, I have to keep track so we don’t suddenly break the functionality with a simple update.

ParticipantYeah. That is something we thought about but it may cascade into some funky handling for mobile as well.
We don’t really have a custom css area in the admin for this theme. It is essentially a blank theme with a child theme. But I may have to make an attempt.

ParticipantThat worked perfectly Steven.
Another question for you:
On both our “Attorneys” Gridder page and our “Directory” page, we are clustering people by categories. Each chunk has it’s own shortcode and we have one common search.
However, we’ve set the category titles in the pages above the shortcodes. The issue is that “Parnters” then appears above the search and/or category dropdown, sort of disconnecting if from the content.
Are we able to display the actual category name via the shortcode so that this doesn’t happen…so that the search tools are above category name?
You can see on this page, how the category/search features are appearing between “Partners” and the folks headshots. http://ccshkt.com/our-attorneys/
And, on this page you can see again how “Partners” is above the search. http://ccshkt.com/directory/

ParticipantHmm…I do believe WordPress did an autoupdate and it may have updated plugins too but I’m not sure if it does that. Ugh. I’ll wait for the update.

ParticipantSteve, if I update the class.template.part.php file with the code from Github, should it correct the issue regarding the form action for the time being?
