ParticipantThe name of the site was shopburnet.org. We changed it to shopanddineburnet.org. We have a link in place to refer one to the other.

ParticipantI have purchased the license and everything looks good at Connections. I still cannot upgrade c-map, forms and link. It states that the upgrade failed. Any suggestions?

ParticipantThanks Steve!
Like with my car, I can never get it to make the same noise when I bring it to the mechanic! ;)
Seems like it works just fine, now! Thanks again! And as always, great support!

ParticipantI see you have created a test listing, and I received the email. You will notice nothing sent according to log since 7/8/15 although new listing have been created. What did you change/do differently?

ParticipantThank you so much, Steve! Very helpful, and I think I can get my customer back on the right track!

ParticipantOK, thank you, I have manually installed the required updates.
Here are the issues that still remain:
First is the Connections/Settings/Form/Configuration/Entry Type is de-selected so users can NOT select the entry type and the Default Entry Type is set to Organization but the form still defaults to Individual and allows the user to select from the 3 radio button options.
Next is the moderation issue. What I mean by this is that when new users first register and create a listing that is held for moderation, the site admin is not notified by email that a listing is being held for moderation.
While this is mostly an inconvenience that requires the admin to be regularly monitoring the site for new entries, it is a much bigger problem when a user is simply making changes to an existing listing.
What happens in this case is that the listing disappears from the public view completely while the changes are being held for moderation. It would be better if the old listing stayed visible, didn’t display the changes until admin approval, and an admin email was sent out to notify that action is required.
And finally the user role issue. My client uses this plugin to manage a member business directory for a local merchants organization. It is a public site where visitors use the directory to get information about member businesses.
If we set the default WP user role to subscriber, then we have to manually change each business owner to a contributor before they can create a listing. If we set the default WP user role to contributor, then anyone, not just member businesses, can create a directory listing.
Is there a way to create a new user registration (just for the plugin) that is separate from the WP site user registration? I understand that probably requires too much reworking to be practical, but it is something my customer brought up, and I promised that I would ask.
In order of importance, the second issue is creating the biggest problem for the customer. I have created login info for you that is being sent via email. Thank you again for your help.

ParticipantThank you Steven, I knew something had to be wrong to not hear back from you! I have attempted to update and am getting errors. I have attached a screenshot. I would also like to give you an admin login. I need an email address to send them to.

And I’m getting listings that run together or return the wrong business.John
