The error is that the CN_IMAGE_BASE_URL should be the full URL, not the relative URL. IE. http://site.com/wp-content/uploads/connections-images/

During the site move, did you add WP_CONTENT_URL to the wp-config.php file? If you did, this must be the FULL URL to the wp-content folder with no trailing slash.

Well, it took my quite a bit of time to find the exact page on your site that has Connections, but I eventually found it.

What I see on this page, you have the shortcode twice, you should only have it once.

Second, are you sure you saved your entries as public? All the categories show as having 0 entries added to them. Entries that have been added to a category would have been added to the this number.

Can you attach a screenshot of an entry that you have added to Connections?

The options I asked about, they are all on the Connections : Settings admin page under the General tab.

Is the site a single site or multisite install of WordPress? If you do not know, then it is a single site install.

Go to the Connections : Dashboard admin page and scroll to the System widget.

Do the values for the following constants appear to be correct:

• CN_IMAGE_PATH
• CN_IMAGE_BASE_URL
• CN_IMAGE_RELATIVE_URL

Did you define or change any of these in your wp-config.php file?

Did you define or change the value of the WP_CONTENT_DIR or any other core WordPress path related constants in you wp-config.php file?

Can you please share a link to the page having the issue?

Are you using a page caching plugin or any other server side caching?

What is the exact shortcode you are using?

Did you enable the login is required option?

Did you enable either of the privacy shortcode override options?

The line is applied with CSS, so it can be removed with CSS. Add the following to your theme’s custom CSS area:

#cn-circled .cn-circled-content:before {
    height: 0 !important;
    width:  0 !important;
}

The file that contains that frontend error message can be found in the class.shortcodes.php file. If you would like to change that, then I highly suggest following this QuickTip so the changes are update safe.
