The CSV Import and Gridder was purchased by Kara K. To manage those licenses she would have to login and manage it from her purchase history. I’ve manually deactivate them licensee just now. In regards to the Form addon, you should be able to activate it without issue as I had deactivated that earlier.

I’ve deactivated the licenses on the dev site. You can now activate them on you live site. This can also be managed from your purchase history page unde the Licenses tab.

    Hope this helps!

Please make sure all three filter drop downs are set to “All” and then click the “Filter” button.

Navigate to the Connections : Roles admin page and enable the reset all option and save the changes.

    Does this help?

    @ John

You would use a combination of the category and filter shortcode options.

    Here’s an example:

    [connections category='32' state="New York"]

    Hope this helps!

I sounds like your site is right on the edge of the limit of memory allocated to PHP.

    Please try these solutions:

Ok, It does appear I am using PHP 5.3 syntax in the file causing the error. I’ve hotpatched it on your site so it will no longer cause this error. This minor tweak will be in future updates as well. However, Connections will not load itself because it requires at least PHP 5.4.

The site is running a very old version of PHP 5.2 which is no longer actively support by its developers and potentially not secure. It actually has not been for many years now.

I recommend updating to PHP 7.1 as that is the oldest supported version. There are two newer versions, 7.2 & 7.3 but not all plugins and themes are supporting those version yet.

Looking at the web host control panel, it appears they allow you to change to PHP 5.6 which is actually still really old. Looking at the plugin and theme on the site, you should be able to witch to PHP 5.6 without issue.

    Hope this helps!

RE: The site is hosted on GoDaddy PHP version 5.

Which version of PHP 5? Connections requires at least 5.4. Connections should prevent itself from running on anything less than 5.4.

What version of Connections was being updated? I ask because the file generating the error in question has been part of Connections for awhile now, about 10 months. So it is a little odd to encounter the error now.

If you can send me an WP admin log and FTP login, as a private reply, I’ll take a look.

Sorry, no, there is no category cluster map. I’ve been building up a quite robust mapping API so, perhaps, in time one can get added.
