Sorry, no, but that is a good idea. I just made the change to add support for a new name_format shortcode option which can be used with the name tokens. This will be included in the next update.

What you can do now… you can output the widget with a shortcode. Move the widget to the Connections: Widget Shortcodes sidebar and click save. You will be given a shortcode that can be used on a page to display the widget.

No known compatibility issues. To me, it sounds like you may have exhausted the memory allocated to PHP. I suggest trying to increase this limit. Here’s an excellent blog post on how.

Also… I see your originally purchased Tile Plus in 2011. Are you still using that version from 2011 or another template?

Ok, I’ve logged in and everything seems to be in order… that said, I see Holly is not linked. Has Holly logged in so she will be linked? That will not happen until she logs in. Another thing… I only see a single post. Were there other posts that you deleted? Authored will not show anything unless there are posts by the a linked entry.

If you had other posts and Holly was link, can I get access to the host control panel so I can take a look at the database?

Ok, I’ve taken a very close look at this… after some debugging this issue seems like it might be the same as this one, the only other time I’ve encountered this. The core WordPress function get_query_var() always returns NULL which is bad because this can break a lot of plugins in very unexpected ways. To verify and hopefully fix, I’ll need a temp FTP login.

Instead of using the category shortcode option use the exclude_category shortcode option.

Ok, I see the issue. It is a bug in the Login extension for Connections. I know what to do to fix it. I release an update tomorrow which will fix this. Apologies for the trouble!

It seems I might have to add a compatibility “shim” for the Avada theme. If you can give me an admin login, I’ll make a tweak to see if it fixes the issue. The login can be posted here as a private reply.
