The system info looks fine. Were you able to view the PHP error log? NOt that I think this will be the solution, but worth a try, please deactivate, delete and reinstall. YOu will not lose any existing data.

Yes, that indeed is possible. It will have to be custom coded as they is no switch or setting that can changed to make this change. You would have to modify the template that you are using, I suggest a template override file as discussed in this tutorial.

Yes, this too is possible. But this too would have to be custom coded.

I’m not exact show which code you are asking to see… I’m going to guess the code that displays the family names and links on the template. This code can be found in the
class.entry-output.phpfile found in this folder:
../wp-content/plugins/connections/includes/entry/The function name is,
getFamilyMemberBlock().You will see this called in the template in the
card-single.phpfile in this folder:../wp-content/plugins/connections-tile-plus/Assuming you are going to change the Tile Plus template.

Technically yes… the form styling comes primarily from the WordPress theme, not a Connections template; ie. Circled.
What you’ll need to do is create custom CSS which overrides the styling applied by the theme you are using.
If you share a link to the page, I can provide some guidance.

Can you share a link to the page with the issue please? One thing to check, make sure you have the single entry template option disabled. This option can be found on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab in the Single Entry section.

In theory, yes. I’d have to extend the export to support metadata and then the custom extension I created for you would have to be updated to registered the fields to be exported.
What about importing?

Have you looked in the PHP error log? If you haven’t I suggest looking there first. If you do not know where it is, you’ll have to ask the web host.
Can you share your system info with me. You can create a remote viewing link on the Connections : Tool admin page under the System Info tab at the very bottom.
