    @ twtts

When importing, during the mapping step, were the Logo/Photo URLs columns in the CSV file mapped to the Logo/Photo Fields?

Oh, you have Enhanced Categories installed, correct?

    Try this…

    • Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab.
    • Scroll to the Categories section
    • Ensure a comma is in the Separator option.

Hope this helps, let me know.

    @ Jason

Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab. Disable the “* Display the categories above the results list?” option. Scroll down to the “Result List Actions” section and enable the “View All Categories*” option.

This will remove the display of the categories above the directory and add a link above it which allows the user to view a list of all categories. You can copy that links for your “View our Service Categories” URL and then copy the link for the Members page (grab it from the browser address bar) for your “View All Members” URL.

    Hope this helps!

Navigate to the Connections : Tools admin page and use the Export All tool found at the bottom of the Export tap.

Make your changes, and import the updated CSV file.

Using a comma separator is the default for cMap. The only way this can be changed, off the top of my head, is that the template was edited? Did you change edit the template?

I can not see the screenshot, broken link. But as a guess…

    • Navigate to the Connections : Templates admin page.
    • Click the Customize button for cMap.
    • The page will reload displaying the Customizer on the left with a preview on the right.
    • Click the back arrow in the upper left of the Customizer.
    • Click the Category Select panel.
    • Enable the Show Count option.
    • Publish the changes and exit the Customizer.

    Hope this helps!

    RE: Joel

That is not a shortcode the shortcode should be [connections]. You did not paste the HTML in the post did you? You can not do that as it will not work.
