Sounds like another plugin or possible the theme is overriding the CSS columns. If you can share a link to the page, I can take a look. Or, you ma not have enough entries in the directory to display in columns. How many entries do you have displayed?

You could enable the “View All” link option in the settings.
Another option. You could activate the Names template under the “All” template type and then enable the Single Entry Template option.
I recommend the former over the later. Hope that helps!

Looking at the screenshots, it appears Connections is working. The ETZ and the “No Results” message is being output by Connections.
What is the exact shortcode you are using on the directory page?

Can you give me some examples of category names? Can you share a link to your directory page with the issue so I can take a look?

Which plugin so I can take a look? I suspect it was adding its javascript to our admin pages causing some type of error. But, I’d like to take a look to ensure it was Connections causing the conflict.

Right, they will all work or not because they all use the same code. Can you run thru the plugin conflict check?

Sounds like the rewrite rules in WordPress are not correctly being read or interpreted. WordPress is “routing” you to the blogs category page. Can you share a link to the directory page having the issue so I can take a look?

Links? When you are adding or editing an entry in the admin? If yes, do the other “Add…” buttons work? I would expect that they would all or none work. If none work, there is a fatal javascript error occurring on your site most likely being caused by another plugin or perhaps the theme.
Open the Add Entry admin page in Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the Console tab. What errors are listed?
