    @ Michael

When you navigate to the Connections : Manage admin page, do you have any of the filters set? If you do, set them to “All…”

If the filters are set to show all, can you please share a screenshot so I can see what you are seeing?

Connections works fine with Divi. No known issues at this time. Hope this helps!

Sorry, I’m not sure I understand the issue. Could you give more details and links to both the sites (directories) so I can take a look? Thanks!

The WordPress security update to 4.7.1 seems to break the ability to upload several file types (mp3, some docx, etc). Unintended consequence no doubt. At this point, I am not sure what the fix is, but I am working on it.

It’s been at least a couple years since anyone has had this WordPress error shown and the fix was as simple as changing the file name.

I know one other user is having the exact same issue. It is either a coincidence or perhaps the last security update WordPress pushout out a few days ago changed something that might have affected a very limited number of users in regards to csv file uploads (so far you and one other).

To learn more and address the issue, I’ll need a temp WP admin login and a FTP login. You can post the login details here as a private reply. Once I have the logins, I’ll take a look asap.

The blue text in my last reply is a link, click it, it takes you straight to the FAQ. It is really only a single sentence, I’ll copy/paste it here for your convenience.

The issue is that the server is not properly recognizing the CSV file mime type. A solution that seems to always work is to change the file extension from .csv to .txt.
