    @ David

Checkout the order_by shortcode option. Example 3 shows how to set the results to display as random.

    Hoppe that helps!

    @ Ralph

There is no notification sent when an entry is approved or unapproved. The admin does not get a notification because they are the one doing the approve or unapprove action. Currently the only notifications that can be configured is one to let the admin know a entry has been routed to the moderation queue and one letting a new user know that their entry has been submitted for admin review. Adding approve/unapproved notifications are on my feature request list.

The cMap template is indeed being displayed, the issue is that it’s javascript file is not being loaded. The first item to check, navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Advanced tab and scroll to the bottom of the page. Is the Google Maps API option disabled? If it is, please enable it. Does that fix it, let me know.

    @ Heike

RE: I imported the adresses per csv and because of the umlauts haven’t been showed, I used ü. The adresses were visibel, but the surch doesn’t find the umlaut-content.
The ü I chaged now, but with correct umlauts, the content would not be loaded (see A. Nitsche).

I’m sorry, I do not understand what you are saying. Where is the umlauts in “A. Nitsche”? Or where should it be? Can you add it?

RE: I’ll send you an admin login with separate mail.

Ot can be posted here as a private reply or sent using the contact link at the very bottom of the page.

RE: Maybe there is something wrong?

Wrong? I what context? When you import a CSV what exactly is happening? Are umlauts stripped? The entries not imported? More details please as I’m not sure how this relates to search.

in reply to: Would connections work for this directory? #437357

    @ Leslie

Sure, Connections would be a good fit. Since the core plugin is free, give it a try.

    Hope this helps!

    @ Sergii

If you are splitting the directory onto several pages, each page becomes its own “homepage”. You can use the home_id shortcode to override the page which should be used as the homepage (which will also be the entry’s profile/detail page)

Hope this helps! Let me know.

in reply to: Can I upgrade CSV Import? #437092

    @ Michael

Looks like you have two valid licenses for the CSV Import addon, one from the Extension Pro Pack and one from the Pro Pack.

Which license on which site are you trying to update? I’ll check my server logs.

    @ chris127

There’s no way to trigger the db update without making a minor code change. Basically force the saved db version number back to the correct version.

I suspect the db version became out of sync for you when you pushed from dev/testing to live which would not trigger the db version change.
