Update cMap to version 3.0.x. It is a free update that can be found in you Purchase History. The template installation has changed a bit since you last installed cMap, please follow the update/installation instructions carefully.

Sorry, no ETA, yet. The basic frame works and seems to work well. The settings page is a bit of a nightmare because there are many events that can be setup trigger an email notification, each with its own custom message and recipients. the page is a huge long list. I don;t like it but I guess it’ll do for a first pass. What is holding up finishing it is creating custom shortcode that are entry specific so the message can contain the entry details rather than a generic dump of the entire info. I’m hoping to get this functionality baked in the 0.8 release of Connections due towards the end of the month so I can finish the notification extension. Honestly, I’m not sure I’ll be able to get it in this release because the API I’m working on now for custom metaboxes and fields is taking quite a bit of time to flesh out but it is coming along nicely.

Looks like you have to add a bit of CSS to the theme’s style.css file, or if the theme has one, its custom CSS area.

That should add a nice little space. Adjust if you want more or less.

I images refresh about every 24 to 48 hours the best I can tell. There is no way via the third party’s service to request a forced refresh of a thumbnail.

I just replied to your email, here’s a copy of the reply in case it is not received and There are a couple other questions you asked here that I’ll address too…

Connections has no login form. This is intentional. Many themes already provide custom login solutions and for the ones that don’t. I recommend using one of the many plugins that are available in which that it is there main focus and feature set. Try this plugin, it looks nice:

As I mentioned, there is no output for user selection of the categories. That is where the templates come in. Several templates offer a searchable category drop down. By putting the categories in this searchable drop down you save your visitor many clicks by not forcing them to “drill down”. It also saves a lot of space so the initial results are shown “above the fold”. More info: Ok I see you said you have cMap. You installed it and activated it on the plugins page and on the Connections : Templates admin page, correct? That’ll give you the user selectable categories, but not as a list. It’ll be the searchable drop down I mentioned.

I admit I need to put up a little more documentation on the widgets but you are on the correct admin page (shown by your screen capture). Drag the Connections : Categories widget over to on of the theme’ side bar location. I can not be more specific than that, sorry. The screen capture does not show what sidebar locations the theme supports.

I’m considering adding user creation to Form but that will require making the email address required before submission. I am reworking the fields right now to make this possible … among other things.

There is not an officially supported export at this time, just this user submitted script:

There’s a javascript prevention method implemented in the background. I’ve had the demo form up on my site now for quite awhile, not a single spam has been submitted and I have not received any complaints. I’ll ratchet up the antispam methods as I need to but my goal is to keep it user invisible as possible without implementing a user unfriendly method like captcha.
