What browser? Seems fine to me in IE, Chrome and Firefox; latest versions.

Great to hear it was that simple!
If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!

Ok, I figured it out, for a reason I can not figure out why, the path to the actual template file had to have the slashes escaped. Why just this one instance of including a file, I don’t know, everywhere else within the plugin the files are included using the exact same method and work fine without having the slashes escaped. My hunch though, it has to do something with your server path beginning with a

Odd because it still seems that cMap is still not installed and activate because I should be able to navigate to the CSS file for the template and all I get is a 404 error.
Can you download the latest version from the purchase history and install it. After you install the latest version, you’ll be able to enter your support license key on the Connections : Settings admin page under the License tab (the tab will only show up with the latest version of cMap installed).

Close, you needed to put the custom CSS file in a
cmapfolder. I moved the file and it is loading fine. How do you like being able to make all those changes without having to edit any files?

That’s odd, because WordPress creates the link. A plugin only registers the menu items. There’s nothing special to Connections in that regard. So this is quite odd.
Maybe it’s the custom user role that is at fault. Can you try creating a temp user account with one of the core WordPress roles? Try either the Author or Editor role.
If those roles also have the same issue, then just maybe it is somehow conflicting with iThemes Security. There’s one way to text that, deactivate it for a few minutes and see if the issue persists. I don’t think it is though. I have it installed on my text site but I only have a few features enabled.

FTP access would make the task much quicker for me. The admin is a bit slow. So, if you could give access, I’d really appreciate it.

I must have map a typo tracking down the issue which is causing the site not to load correctly. Could I get a FTP login so I can fix it? It would also help me to more quickly narrow down the issue… I’m very close.

Yes, cMap will meet your requirements and it is responsive theme friendly.
Hope that helps!

It does not appear that you’ve installed and activated the cMap template. Currently on your site you have the Default Card template as the active template. Those shortcode will only work with templates which support them so that is likely the issue. Have you purchased cMap?
