Considering my previous experience, I think he is being overly cautious. Don’t shoot the messenger.

    Hey Steve,

I forwarded your comment about deleting this folder to my developer. He is not very familiar with connections, other than my site. He is concerned with possible site corruption. Is there any chance of something like that happening? He is just wary about deleting anything in the ftp without full knowledge.

I got the zip sorted out. It was downloading unzipped. I deleted it and started from scratch. When the pug-in is installing it now comes up with the following message. I am wondering if having the original plug-in already installed is causing the problem.

On the admin page I am clicking—–add new
    on page 2, I am clicking—–add plugins
    on page 3, I am clicking—–choose file
    on page 4, I am clicking—–connections_csv
    on page 5, I am clicking—–install now
then the verbage I referenced earlier comes up.

    Where am I going wrong?

    hey Steve,

I bought the csv import last night. When I go to the admin-add plugin, it sends me to a search page, when I get there I see several options written by you but, none have anything to do with csv import. Can you steer me in the right direction.
