    I am still having problems because although I installed Tile Plus 3 via the plugin method and can see it on my server via FTP, it is not showing in the admin section of WordPress. This is still showing as Tile Plus 2.1.1 and Tile Plus 3 is not there for me to activate. Therefore, although I can see all my connections entries in the ‘manage entry’ section they are still not showing on my web page.

    What do I do next?

    I think that for some strange reason this is to do with the user account that I created the connections entries with. I just set up a new admin account and I can now see and edit all the entries. Not sure why that happened but at least the problem is resolved now, even though it is weird!

    This domain has the latest version. I did try using the shortcode in the post editor at first. There are 11 entries which are now showing as I wanted on 2 pages after I changed the number from 20 to 9 in the functions.php file.

    I guess that is not the way to change is as although this page works fine it has totally messed up a similar page on another domain – see topic no. 256759

    A huge thanks Steven for all your help – I was really stuck. I thought about changing my hosting provider before – they are part of the Go Daddy empire, now I need definitely need to look at better providers.
