    Okay, sorry for all the updates, but I increased the memory allocation. The page is working but it is slow.

    Our host confirmed that the PHP memory is being exhausted. Any suggestions on what the allocation should be? Would upgrading to 7.0 help?

    Thank you for all you’re doing to try to fix this. I downloaded 8.6.1 using the link you provided and installed it, but unfortunately I still can’t get the page to load.

    Just to test, I removed the [connections] shortcode and tried the page and it loaded fine. When I put the shortcode back, the page locks up – so something in the code is hanging it up.

    Unfortunately, I am also having this problem. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin, but the page still won’t load. I have the [connections] shortcode on this page, but when I try to load the page, it just spins and won’t load.

    Our server is currently running PHP 5.6. I will need to inquire with our host about upgrading to 7.0, if that is what will solve the issue.
