With the next release of Connections due out really soon … you can manually build the URL/s for the various departments and the result will be those in that department. That should be maintainable if you don’t have a great deal many departments.

EX link for a department:

your-domain.tld/directory-home-page/department/NMSU+Carlsbad

Oh, deactivate ROT13 if you’re using the %icon%. It currently only works with the text display of email addresses. Curious, how did you become aware of the %icon% option?

Thanks for the report … I’m going to have to dig deeper into this one. On the surface of it; it shouldn’t be possible to conflict with a taxonomy, especially with those URL/s.
