I do not need your login, jut an account with admin privileges that you can later delete. But if giving me your account is fine, that will work too.

You can not maintain the changes. You’re going to have to run one or the other. I suggest backing up the custom version, so you do not lose it, and installing a fresh version to see if the error goes away. If it does, then you know for sure it is a bug in your custom version and if it doesn’t something else is amiss.

I also suggest checking your PHP error log as that might clue you in on what the source of the error is.

    I hope that helps.

I think you misunderstand, the cMap template was altered to include an older version of jQuery before each entry. That should be undone.

You can at anytime access your downloads from your Purchase History page. The most current version of your purchases will always be available on that page.

You still receive the error when all other plugins are deactivated?
May I have a temp admin account?

Looking at the page source of of both sites, I can see that cMap was changed quite a bit. So, I wonder if a coding incompatibility in the changes made to cMap.

Backup your altered version of cMap and restore the original to see if the error goes away.

One major issue I do see with the altered cMap is that a very older version of jQuery is being included at the beginning of each entry. This means since there are six entries on your dev site, this old very of jQuery is being loaded six times. This should not be loaded at all. Connections and cMap will properly load the correct version of jQuery bundled with WordPress.

You could login and post the link as a private reply. If you do not want to login, you can use the contact form that is linked to at the bottom of this page.

the paths are wrong. They should be:

    ../wp-content/connections_templates/
    ../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/

Try making sure those folders exist. Also, do not make them 777. Make them 755. If that doesn’t work, then try 767.

Quick question first, did you save out your Excel as a CSV file? It has to be CSV file and not an Excel file.

The step by step instructions are actually on the first page where you choose the file you want to upload.

No, Link is not the problem, it is an error with another plugin that is causing the problem. Activate Link and then deactivate plugins one at a time until the error goes away. When the error goes away, the plugin you deactivated last is the plugin causing the problem.

No, the line of code in my previous post would be the line you should add your pattern. The getDefaultPhoneNumberValues() function only returns an array containing the different phone number types such as home and work.
