ParticipantThank you for all of your help Steve. I switched our hosting over to a Linux server and everything is working normally again.

ParticipantSteve, I finally got the permissions updated with my host and they thought it worth mentioning that our server is a Windows Server.
So now I can upload images to WordPress, but I’m several errors like this on the frontend..
Warning: rename(D:\Hosting\8418621\html\_palafoxmarket.com/wp-content/connection_images/aceart_logo_original.jpg,D:\Hosting\8418621\html\_palafoxmarket.com/wp-content/uploads\connections-images\ace-art\aceart_logo_original.jpg) [function.rename]: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\8418621\html\_palafoxmarket.com\wp-content\plugins\connections\includes\entry\class.entry-data.php on line 4025You can see them at http://palafoxmarket.com/vendors/
I’m going to see if I can figure it out if it’s permissions again, but wanted to let you know now that I’ve made progress. If you have any ideas, let me know… and if I fix it, I’ll report back.

ParticipantThat’s so odd. I know for a fact we’ve added images to the site after June (particularly to our vendors in Connections plugin). We’re always adding new vendors and using images in their profiles. And it’s crazy that this would have just changed out of no where cause I know we didn’t change anything with our host or file permissions.
But thanks for your help. I’m going to contact our host and try to get this resolved.

ParticipantI have enabled the Template option in the Advanced Settings. Let me know if you need me to do anything else to help figure this out. Thanks Steven.

ParticipantTo clarify, I should have said I copied the images there I never moved them by removing them. They’re still in their original place, “connection_images”. I also removed them from the new folder once I saw it didn’t change anything. So those images are all where they should be.
The broken image icon was there prior to updating Connections. I updated thinking/hoping it would fix the broken images. After the update, the images then showed blank placeholder images (as it is now).
I will look at the other thing regarding the theme conflict and report back.

ParticipantYes, I believe it was an older version to begin with, so maybe there’s more I need to do because of that?
Here’s the url http://palafoxmarket.com/vendors/
I just really want to avoid having to re-upload all the images as there are hundreds of them. I can tell you that the previous version we had used had a “connection_images” and “connection_template” folder in wp-content directory, I believe. I thought I could move the images from the old “connection_images” to the new “connections-images” folder in the uploads directory, but that didn’t seem to make any difference.
Thanks for your help.
