The changes are not saved – they appear OK in teh customizer, but the search for example is not removed (I have cleared site and browser cache)

ParticipantHi
The standard Bio Card Entry 2.0.1. Template gives the same result, see the attached image for details. I appreciate that it might be an extreme sort of thing to want to put in a Bio, but it is a shame it does not work.

ParticipantHi. To avoid confusion I have added a couple of screenshots to describe what would be desirable. The first one shows the Post editing page, and you will see the Visual Composer buttons are available in the top left of the editing area. In the second you will see the Bio editing area of Connections, and the buttons are not available. Actually in Connections I am also missing the standard Styles dropdown which would also be nice to have. So in summary, the Bio should look like the Post editing area, or as close to it as possible.
Sorry if my previous attempts to explain things caused confusion and thanks again for your assistance.

ParticipantWhoa! Sorry if I am failing to grasp everything. I understand what you are saying. But take for example the Biographical Info section on a Connection. A user might want to add a Content Block from Visual Composer to display (for example) a set of relevant images in a Gallery or something else. And that might be relevant for this Connection bio, but not the next. Not everything might be driven by a Template choice.
So I just was commenting that having the Visual Composer features on the Biographical Info might, in my world, be something that would appear logical and beneficial.

ParticipantHmm
Any idea what would block the display of the visual composer buttons in your connectiona editing area?
Of course I can copy and paste from a post if I want a quick workaround but it would be cool to have the buttons available

ParticipantHi Steven
Well I guess I can break it down into two parts. Firstly, on the site http://www.siebelhub.com/main you will see a slider on the homepage. Now if you go to one of our connections pages under construction http://www.siebelhub.com/main/oracle-siebel-ecosystem-directory/name/openuithemes you will see a blank space at the bottom of the page. There is a slider there. If you go into the debugger you will see the slider initalizes fine. If you go into viwew source you will see the code is actually running and changing the values of thhe objects. So the slider works, just does not show up. I am using the out of the box slider shortcode to display this onne. I have tried the troubleshooting options on connections and on revolution slider but to no avail. Any suggestions?
Cheers R

ParticipantHi
In the options for the Visual Composer, the Connections post type does not appear, so I cannot select it for display of the composer buttons. So I cannot use the Visual Composer to create the texts for the Connections Entries.
