ParticipantHi Steven,
I was able to see the header thru the message properties and I can see the doctor the message was intended for, so that is good. My question is, is there anyway I can ‘train’ MS outlook to recognize these doctors name within the headers so i can figure out who the message was intended for WITHOUT going into the message properties?
BTW, your customer support is top notch! thanks for your help

ParticipantI use outlook. I am looking at the TO section of the email that comes in and it has my name listed and not the name of the doctors contact where the email entry resides.

ParticipantI am not articulating myself well. Attached is a screen shot. You see the email entry is attached to a particular doctor. When a person emails him, i want it to come to me. I am doing these for more than one doctor. I need to be able to identify which of the doctors the message is intended for. I want to know if there is a way for the contact/profile/page ID to be included in the email entry to me. So I am able to identify which of the doctors they are trying to contact. This is in lieu of me creating email addresses for each doctor since that is not cost or time effective. Thanks

ParticipantI do not see a “To:” field. I only see Name, Email Address, Subject, Message.
If It did show the “To: current displayed contact” then that would be great. Anyway to accomplish that?
