ParticipantIt is working! YAY! I knew it was some config I was missing….incidentally, someone else installed connections and when I took it over I didn’t realize that setting needed changing.
Thank you so much!

ParticipantThanks Steve. I made the changes that you suggested other than removing the “create an account” language and link at the bottom of the page. I’ll deal with this and any confusion later.
I was using the theme login module because when I used the connections one (no matter where I put the shortcode) it went high on the page to the left. And as it and the divi module were both making me login twice, I didn’t want to work with the CSS to make it look better (yet). Can you tell me why it’s in that position and how to adjust it please?
Other than any confusion that may be created, I am more concerned with having to login in 2x as well as not being able to edit the entry on the front end. Sending you the test creds next.

ParticipantI turned off security. You should be able to get in now. Thanks!

ParticipantRE: Best guess is that it is set to actually redirect to the login screen even though the user is already likely logged in……scour the other plugin and theme settings to see if you can find a setting related to login redirects.
So I am not sure what to do from here. I did what you said and can find no settings about login redirects other than the one on my theme login module which is set to bring the user back to whatever page I pick…and it is set correctly.
I have consulted my theme support as well as turned off all plugins. Same thing happens with all plugins off. And theme support suggested it was my security plugin (which I turned off and it isn’t). Seems like this is a WordPress issue, but I have not idea why or what to do next.
Any further suggestions?
Thanks for any further help.
