This looks REALLY close to what I need. The only problem I forsee is in the printing. While we only have 90 employees, I don’t want them to print out 5 pages of names. Does the printout mirror the display in your screenshot? Or is there anyway to format it differently? Maybe have it print in two columns? Like a condensed printout I guess?

This is how I have them remapped in the short code on my current contacts page…

str_home_fax=’Extension’
str_cell_phone=’Direct Line’

And yes, Mobile = Cell. Sorry.

Our current contact sheet is very abbreviated. At least compared to what we keep in our Connections db. We only need Name, Department, Extension, Direct Line and Mobile number.

We’ve remapped all the phone numbers to get them into the spots we want but hopefully that won’t affect anything.

I am referring to the upcoming birthdays and anniversaries. Basically we end up with a sidebar that is about 5 times longer than the actual page content b/c it shows the next 30 days worth of anniversaries and birthdays. It would be nice to be able to limit it to a weeks worth. Or at least have some control over how many to show.

Sorry. Right now I can put in someone’s anniversary and it indicates the DAY of their anniversary. But w/o a starting point, there is no way to tell their length of service, which is something we’d like to point out to our employees.

That seemed to do the trick. It didn’t notify me of an update so I didn’t pay any attention to it.

Nope. That was the cause of an earlier issue that I corrected by doing what you suggested.

Or in the case above it looks like this:
