I work with Chrome, but I have an ad blocker installed, and I disabled it now for the website – maybe this solved the issue.

It looks better, but unfortunately I still don’t receive the submissions. In addition, pressing the blue buttons (see screenshot) wouldn’t open the hidden fields – it still only jumps to the top of the page.

I have seen your submissions. However, mine still don’t work, and I can’t add any addresses or e-mails in the form.

All of this happens when I click a single entry and choose “Edit entry” from there. Do you have another way to work it out?

No, I didn’t.
It still doesn’t allow me to add addresses and e-mails, and I don’t receive submissions.
