ParticipantI would totally be into trying that option out. Entering and ID column into that CSV file doesn’t seem like it would be a problem at all.
Thanks,

ParticipantHello,
Am I reading this correctly? When I upload a csv file I can only do it once or it will double entry everything. I will have to bulk remove all the entries each time so I don’t get double entries. I also can not include the images, so I might as well remove the logo option entirely because I’d have to hand place in over 500 logos each time I update the directory by a bulk CSV.
Oh my, I think I bought the wrong directory system and I’m about to go live with this site. This sucks, what can I do to get you to fix this problem. Maintaining large lists with a csv file seems pretty standard but it not recognizing already entered data just isn’t efficient. What’s the point of even having the option of images and logos if in a large directory you have to replace them each time you update the directory.
My client is so not organized, I’d be replacing all those images twice-10 times a week while they get their csv file in order.
Thanks

ParticipantI am having the same problem as above but have yet to figure out what I’m doing wrong to get rid of all the extra space between items that I have filled out.
shortcode i’m using currently below[connections template='cmap' enable_category_select='true' enable_bio='true' enable_bio_head='false' show_title='false' show_family='false' show_im='false' show_dates='false' address_types='work' phone_types='workphone, workfax' email_types='work' ]
url to directory http://southparkchamber.com/wdp/directory
I’d really love for this to look a lot nicer.
I also have a question regarding getting rid of the space between the list items on the widget. I have attached the image. You would think it’s in the css somewhere but I have yet to find it.
I’d greatly appreciate the help with these items.
Rebecca
