Its the images on the front page of the directory before actually entering the employee’s bio so I guess the logo. The path to the photo is different on the old to the new so I will need to change all of them. Is there an easy way to do this without having to go into each member and change it?

Yes Ive decided to just delete all the entries and reimport the current one.

thanks HUGE help. Know any reason why its not picking up the photos? I have them in the same directory structure. When I am in the backend it sees them as the thumbnails but when on the front end it shows “no photo available”.
Will I just have to manually reset these?

I would not doubt its the theme, the company opted to hire an outside source to redo the intranet over having me do it in house as the last one. I believe the theme chosen by everyone and some of the custom/plugins do not cooperate well. One of the reasons I am setting up this backup test site.
I want to recreate the issues.
