It consistently does the same thing after I delete the entry and the user re-adds.

The was logged in and added their entry under their login account. The user was logged in using the core WordPress login.

The emails match.

On Connections:Manage page the entry does not show as linked to the user account.

I do not have membership plugins installed.

With that info, can you narrow down why this happens? and how I can fix it?
