it is a modified theme, hmmm, is it just possible to disable the url functionality from the names? they are just there for informational purposes.

Widget version is 1.2

The post is the only post (we are going live hopefully next week with the intranet) in wordpress right now. It is test post.

The theme being used is Twenty Fourteen and the widgets are in the primary sidebar.

Where can i find the widget version number? 39 is the directory page and 1124 is a post.

well i said it works, but,

On the directory page id39 it shows the correct url for the widgets, but once i look at the url on the home page, the widget shows 1124 as the url

answered my own question. yes this works. 1 more minor thing… when selecting person from one of the widgets it does display the correct page now but, it also adds them to the recently added widget, when they were not recently added. but only on http://intranet.vselect.com/?page_id=39&cn-entry-slug=william-werner&cn-view=detail page 39. the home page still displays the proper list

page 39 is the detail for this person?, or does it just search via that page and display result?

i mispoke and have corrected the shortcode, used the employment date and changed shortcode to employment still no visibility in sidebar
