    1) Yes, the directory homepage is published and public (I set this in WP Dashboard- Admin-Pages). But when I still go to I go to Manage in Connections (I do see my listings) and select “View” (while still in Manage) it still just refreshes the Manage page in Connections. Am I suppose to be redirected when I select “View” on any listing to my directory homepage? What am I missing?

    2) I noticed that I am not using any shortcode for the order_by shortcode option. My data set is too small so far so I will table this until I can get get a bigger data set for my listings. This simply may not be a problem just inexperience. Thanks.

    I am still working with Template Monster to see if they can help me resolve this. Additionally, I will try your suggestion of replacing the new version with the old. I hope this resolves the issue. I let you know. Thanks.

    Yes, I did complete Step 4 as outlined in QuickStart. What I am referring to is that when I go to Manage in Admin, I do see my listings. However, when I select “View” (while still in Manage) I assumed that I would be directed to that directory home page set up in Step #4 but it just refreshes the Manage page in Admin. Am I suppose to be redirected when I select “View” on any listing?

    Also, when I add new listings they are listed in the order entered. Shouldn’t new listings be in alphabetical order?

    I can see my listings under manage but I cannot view my listings on my website when I select view. So I go to manage, select the listing that select view and its simply returns to the manage page. What am I missing?

    Should I just make the code changes to the two files via Admin -Appearances – Editor in loop/loop-faq.php and loop/loop-testi.php similar to the edits shown on GitHut?

    Thank you for your reply. I contacted Template Monster and they recommended that I update my Cherry Framework as you suggested. I completed this successfully but the problem was not resolved. The FAQs page still does not show. I am not sure where to go from here. Any other suggestions?

    Hi – Your server went down so while waiting for you to come back online I was able to change the text in the listing sing this code:

    .cn-list-row-alternate.vcard.organization.federal.government span {
    color: #000000;
    }

    But I could not find the location to change the code for the extending listing when you click “More Details.” Can you point me in the right direction?
