    I found out the problem, and I had a directory with no index.php with the same name as the page with the Connections shortcode
    Can close the issue now, thanks

    Thanks for the leads
    I looked at the server error logs and it show:
    Directory index forbidden by Options directive error message
    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5301776/directory-index-forbidden-by-options-directive

    I can’t find anything in the htaccess file and the search is still problematic with every plugin disabled except Connections and the template

    I’ll check with my hosting service

    I have Form and Slim-plus enabled. When I click on View all, and then click on an individual contact, I am getting “Template not found” error even though it is installed and activated. I am not sure if this is related to the Search error I am getting now.

    Yes I have Forms installed
    I can now enter New entries in the front end which is good (though there doesn’t seem to be a way to enter Custom fields in the front end)
    When I click on the detail profile view I don’t see any link for Edit entry. I changed to another theme (2015) and it’s not there so I don’t think it is theme related.

    I’ll put up a test site with the minimum plugins and come back to you later.

    I am on an iPhone 6 (Safari iOS 9.1) and the theme is Buddyboss
    I have tested on Android (4.4.4 Samsung Galaxy Mega) and the search form and same issue

    I notice the option is there in the Customisation
    str_bio_head=’Background’
    so my bad
