Wait I figured it out, i turned off Bio tray photo and just kept the Image photo enabled and adjusted the custom size and everything seems to be populating properly now.

Thanks for the grade A support!!

I have Image Type: None for Bio Tray, but I still have a 200×300 custom box with crop to fit with no margins

When I do that it removes the custom image and leaves the stock, zoomed in image?

    See that same page now

Ok I got the first part, the 2nd part is being tricky.

There is already a picture that auto-populates in their bios, but when I adjust the settings it doesn’t affect the original pic. But if I chose Photo from the Type dropdown it populates the custom image size I set.

So how do I disable the stock bio pic then?

Ahh ok, yes that was the problem and things seem to be working properly now.

I’ll let you know if I have any other issues, but I should be gtg now.

As always, really appreciate your super prompt help.

    Thanks,

    Johnny

Hey thanks for the help Steve, I’ve read the FAQ a few times and have been playing around with the plugin and these additional categories, I’m just a little confused still.

If I use the code: [connections category='ohio-dispensaries' enable_category_by_root_parent=true]

I get double categories showing up in the dropdown box that I have to manually chose from. (which I will leave in place so you can visually see it on my website)

But if I use this code:

    [connections category='dispensaries']

I get a normal, single list of the available categories, no doubles. But still have to manually chose a category from the dropdown list.

So why is that extra code doubling the categories in the drop down & What benefit does adding the “enable category by root parent” code actually do if the shorter code works?

Also, is there a way to set this new category & directory to have those connections already loaded up on the page? Right now you have to manually choose it from the drop down and if people aren’t familiar with it, they may not see it and therefore won’t be as useful.

The original directory with just the code [connections] works great and pre-loads all of my doctors profiles on the page, no manual category selection is needed.

How do I do that for this 2nd category/directory on the new page?

    Thanks Steve!

Ok so making some progress, yes thank you.

    This is my shortcode:

    [code][connections category='ohio-dispensaries' enable_category_by_root_parent=true][/code]

It does add a new section on this page:

    https://www.ohiocannabis.com/dispensaries

But for some reason it requires me to use the drop down box to get anything to populate & I only have 2 categories that seem to be doubled up in the “Select Category” drop down box?

Hmm that’s weird because it was initially working fine this whole time, just recently it seems to have errored out.

I’ll try what you suggest and see if it resolves it and keep you posted.

I appreciate the help! I am looking into removing that Live Composer plugin, just need to verify if it came with my theme or not, if not I’ll delete it.

But now I’m having another problem – when you click on a contact the map doesn’t load any more and gives the error of:

This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

Any ideas what I need to do to fix this?
