I have updated both, but it made it worse. I click on show Map and the screen jumps to the top and nothing else, it doesn’t even open up the map section anymore.

FYI: I had made changes to the name of the labels, that’s why I didn’t want my client to automatically update to cmap plugin. But when I changed the version back to 3, it actually didn’t show me that there is a new version available.

The update has now caused a different problem:
The category selector said before “Select Country”, now it’s just empty. I made the same label changes in the new version. Please could you let me know, how I can get it back?
