Well, each entry requires n-number of form fields. That n-number
really depends on what is being imported for each entry.
Sorry I don’t get what n-number means. Do you mean that each record needs to have a sequential number column to identify each entry (record)?
This is example record on the csv file which I tried to import. Do you find any problem with the columns?
