There are no caching plugins active on this site.   I do have WP Super Cache on the network level (see below) but it is not activated on this particular site. I can activate it if you think it would make a difference…Here is the system info…

I did both- and still no luck.  I even deleted tile plus – and reinstalled from a fresh download today.  Version 2.1.1 is what’s installed.
