ParticipantOnce again your genius status is confirmed. Deactivated, uninstalled, re-installed, re-checked and it works like a champ.
Thanks again for your support.

ParticipantThe Google Maps API v3 box IS checked, the JavaScript box IS checked, and the JQuery and Templates boxes ARE NOT checked.
Not sure which way disables, etc.

ParticipantSteven,
No, I left the image as a .jpg file, and only re-sized it. In any case, it does seem to be a server-side issue, but I’m not savvy enough to know exactly what. Very happy however with the end result!
Another interesting (at least to me) tidbit is I was able to successfully get the map display to work, even though my theme (TownPress) also runs a Google maps API. I created new credentials and API keys under my existing project for Connections as instructed, and they are co-existing very well. Another plus!

ParticipantWell I solved the issue, and this was weird… I first tried to create a new entry without an image, and it worked fine, so I knew it must have been related to the image. I tried to edit that entry and add the image and it returned the error. I then re-sized the image to be larger, and it worked! The original image was 1050×525, so maybe it doesn’t like smaller images?? I resized to 2100×1050 and no problems.
Just thought it was something you may have wanted to know.

ParticipantSteven,
Thanks– I went ahead with the purchase of the cMap template, and activated it on the production site. I will let you know if there are issues with the updates.
Thanks again–
